Before transitioning into tech support, I worked as a Donor Services Representative, where I managed high-volume support requests, maintained a large-scale CRM system, and ensured the integrity of sensitive data across multiple digital platforms.

Outside of work, you’ll find me hiking mountains, playing music, or spending time with family. I have a degree in Global Health and I’ve had the honor of leading a team of 12 individuals into the Zambian bush to support rural villages.
