Straight Answers on Fees and Requirements
A Managed Trip is a single one-way ride. Roundtrips count as two individual Managed Trips. Trips canceled by a driver at the door, no-shows, and trips not performed (unless canceled by the dispatcher before scheduling) are all billed as Managed Trips. Trips canceled by the dispatcher prior to scheduling are not billed.
No. If the dispatcher cancels a trip before it is scheduled, it will not be considered a Managed Trip.

Your $150 monthly subscription includes one free integration. If you have two or more total integrations, it is a $100 additional fee.
Bank ACH payments do not have any additional processing fees. However, payments made by credit card incur a 3.5% service fee. Payments made by personal or business check incur a $35 fee.
